Any refunds including those for pre-orders that are over 12 months old will be automatically issued to your Real Rasslin Store account should any cancellations occur or stock become unavailable for any reason. This will be in the form of store credit, If you wish for a refund to the original payment method this must be requested in writing after the credit has been applied to your account. All credits will be of an increased value as a gesture of our thanks for ordering i.e Pay £30 for an item, you will receive £35-£40 store credit. This is at the discretion of RR and can be changed or withdrawn at any time.
